A one-time technical report on the publicly accessible surface of one domain, produced by automated instrumentation, hashed and timestamped by an independent authority. Delivered as a PDF and a hosted verification page.
It is not advice. It is not an assessment of a business, its revenue, its traffic or its value. It is not a legal, financial, tax or investment opinion, and it is not a recommendation to proceed with, withdraw from, or renegotiate any transaction. It makes no statement about any person.
We do not verify traffic, revenue, costs, customer data, source code, contracts, or anything behind a login. The absence of a finding means a check ran and observed nothing at that moment, from that vantage point. It is not a guarantee.
You are responsible for what you do with the report. Any decision to buy, sell, price or walk away from a property is yours and your advisers'.
If we cannot perform the scan — the site declines automated clients via robots.txt, blocks our scanner, or does not resolve — you receive whatever checks completed and a full refund, issued automatically without you asking.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the report, on any basis, is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or the outcome of any transaction.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and where you deal with us as a consumer you may have rights that these terms do not affect.
You may commission a report on a domain you do not control. We only read what is publicly served, we honour robots.txt, and we do not authenticate, submit forms, or probe unlinked paths. If the owner of a scanned domain asks us to erase the record, we do — including reports already delivered to you, though your PDF remains yours.
One domain per purchase. Do not use this service to enumerate, monitor at scale, or harass. We may refuse or refund an order at our discretion, and we refuse any domain whose owner has asked to be suppressed.
